Spend a WEEK in PARADISE with new friends, the beach, delicious, fresh, local food, and learn loads of new Aerial Skills!
This immersive week is for aerial students who want to explore various applications and styles of sling & lyra work. We will cover: skills, transitions, choreography, theory, creativity, movement quality, various set ups and heights to work at as well as specific aerial technique, conditioning, mobility and flexibility work for this apparatus.
This Aerial Sling & Lyra Retreat will have 2 daily classes – morning classes will be a soft and juicy warm up with gyrokinesis and flexibility flow followed by sling & lyra technique and skill building. Afternoon classes expand on the work with a focus on creative exercises to personalize movement quality and flow. A special cloud swing workshop will also be included.
The rest of our time can be spent eating amazing, healthy food, swimming in the warm ocean, reading in hammocks, and breathing the tropical air. There will be time to explore local markets and beaches as well as the local night life.
