This retreat is for all who enjoy exploring their movement potential.  You will grow beyond their limitations through fun, creative play that safely challenges your integration of strength, flexibility and stability. Come play in a tropic paradise and learn to move like you never have before.

Everyone is WELCOME!

Each day at PLÉ in Paradise Retreat will begin with early morning chi gung on the beach followed by a delicious breakfast.  Late morning will be focused on PLÉ basics including suspension training, balance, stretching and strengthening.  After lunch we will PLÉ-fully workshop different skills including handstands, backbends and partner balance in the pool.  You also have the option to participate in Circus Fit and Aerial Skills with Kerri.  Mix it up how you like!  Evening activities may include partner stretching, hanging out and geeking out about anatomy.

The rest of our time can be spent eating amazing, healthy food, swimming in the warm ocean, reading in hammocks, and breathing the tropical air.  There will be time to explore local markets and beaches as well as the local night life.

Practice moving INTELLIGENTLY!

PLÉ (Physical Limitation Elimination) is a way of approaching movement that can benefit everyone of all fitness levels, from professional athletes and acrobats to dancers, yogis, martial artists and anyone who wants to learn how to move more intelligently. Through the use of suspension training, partner work, balance games, core exercises, movement puzzles and much more you will discover your limitations and learn safe anappropriate ways to challenge and move beyond them. You will sweat and laugh as you develop greater body awareness, nurture the ability to fine-tune movement precision, and basically learn to be beastly. As a bonus, partner stretching/massage, training science, anatomy, bad jokes will also be included.

Jim and Kerri’s vast understanding and experience with all things circus/fitness/physical possibilities makes them the ideal teaching team!
