Straddle ups can be really challenging at the beginning.   Don’t sweat it!  Just be patient, persistent, and enjoy the process of feeling your body getting stronger.

Here are some technical tips to focus on.  At the beginning, use bent knees and then work on straightening your legs.

Start on the floor and work your way up.

These floor exercises can be done anywhere, so do them every day!

Now take it up on your apparatus.  If you are practicing the floor exercises every day, it will be much easier to apply the technique in the air.
